African bank not updating information with credit bureaus

I have had an African bank loan for over a year now. My installment was R2169. I had paid most of that loan off 6 months ago and only now pay a monthly installment of R750. However African bank has to date not updated the credit bureaus. Every time I phone they say that they do not know who updates this on the system and will put my query through but to date no feedback from them. This is bringing my affordability down and I cannot access credit. How hard is it to notify the credit bureaus of important changes?
