African bank not updating credit bureau

I’m a client of African bank,. I have a loan and a credit card with them that I’ve been paying faithful monthly since October 2023. I have no arrears on these accounts. African bank has blacklisted me, I have been bagging them them to update my credit record. I’ve contacted credit bureau and I’m failing. I cannot apply for vehicle finance, I was removed from a job aopportunity coz I’m blacklisted when in reality I’m not. I’m so frustrated about this
