African Bank not Supporting my Request

I received a sms notification stating thank you for an interaction with African Bank of which I never interacted with African Bank. I then decided to call African Bank customer service to enquire about the Sms, to my shock I have been advised there was or there is a loan application which happened wit my ID number and supporting details.

Im being sent from Pillar to post trying to get to your *****/Forensic dept. To urgently request that no loan application is processed or approved under my ID number under no circumstances.

Can I please get your support in this regard.
