African Bank not assisting in Debt Review

Due to the fact that my husband lost his employment I had to enter debt review for our family to survive. Debt Corporation assisted me wonderfully through the process end communicated and forwarded all the relevant documents to my relevant companies. However African Bank never restructured nor cancel the credit life insurance as stipulated in the court order. Several attempts were made by myself and Debt Corporation to attend to this matter, to African Bank Debt Review Department, Customer Care, Credit Life Insurance, Client Complaints department, without any positive feedback nor response. This process have have started in July 2021 and we have several emails and calls logged to confirm that African Bank never attended to this matter. This is our next avenue to obtain assistance in this regard before reporting the issue to the Onbudsman. Please assist
