African bank Northgate service is the worst ever

I app**** online for a loan and the approved me for 5000 but had to go to Northgate branch to hand in document as I did and sign Al documents all was done untill I got a call from the person that assisted me and he said that apparently I got decline because they cannot get hold of my employer which I have explained that they had to phone before 4 in the afternoon to confirm with my ceo, then I had to do everything all over again then this Time someone else assisted me after everything was done I waited they have confirm ed my employer everything and a phone to find out why u have recieved a call and they told me my application was rejected by the consultant because she forgot to add in all my incame and took to long so I still haven't received anything doesnt help to complain nothing and I cannot go and sit down their everytime because they are *********** I have tried I be at work aswell
