African Bank - no real belief it will ever be resolved

Hello Peter indicated that since African Bank 'responded' would I like to send a review. The facts are the same and I believe that the standard response received as with all the other times will be the same 'Your concerns has been logged with Customer Services blah blah blah' and then they send a link requesting feedback so that they can improve Customer care etc etc etc and nothing. Nobody who calls can shed light or resolve as they are simply agents with no real decision making powers. It's a futile attempt but I thought just to share. Thanks Hellopeter. Just needed to vent. I've got no real belief that my issue would be resolved though but I appreciate the platform
