African Bank - No explanation

I have sent an email to African Bank's debt review department on the 08 March 2019 to ask for an explanation on how my interest / arrears interest has been calculated and to date I have not received a response as I am currently under debit review and the balance now is more than when I started with the debt review process. Feel free to email me on ********** and I will gladly send it again
