African Bank NO Customer service

African Bank has no customer service.. I have been trying for 3-4 years to clear my record and they simply do not assist.... My credit score is a problem thanks to the non existince of customer service from AFRICAN BANK NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING AS PATHETIC AS THIS BEFORE... BEYOND FRUSTRATING
