African Bank New Sales

I am really disgusted with the level of service from African Bank, they don't take their customers very serious, I went online on the 19th June 2020 to apply for a loan and all the documents were submitted and got a call from a guy that told me that everything was in order and we went thru the process of terms and conditions and told me that they will do the employment checks and which they did, but since then I always get the same message that my application is sitting with evaluation, Lungile in sales told me that she will speak to the guy dealing with the application but up to now no one called me, yesterday was Lina and Lerato from customer care was the same, I don't know what to do with African Bank anymore
