African Bank needs to work on improving their services
I app**** for a loan and been stuck on affordability review for days, when I call their customer service they keep telling me they have escalated my application! One consultant even told me that the 48 hours of waiting period is calculated based on the hours they work in a day!
I'm missing 3 days of work because of them!

06 Apr 2022, 20:04Today I tried to get a loan from another bank because African bank is failing to respond to my application on time, and the ITC showed that I already have a loan from African Bank for the amount agreed upon. How is that possible if my application hasn't been approved? I'm being inconvenienced by your bank and all I get from your friendly consultants is that they are sorry for the inconvenience. I need this sorted out because its turning my life upside down now!

15 Apr 2022, 05:46My loan application has been canceled, and because of that application my affordability went down, I hope this won't be used against me when I reapply
