African bank my world account not requested

Good day

Please may you be so kind as to close this account i have not requested for such an account to be opened.

When I have app**** for credit and managed to login after creating a profile I noticed there is a my bank account on my profile with a -R25 due ? Never app**** for this account before

Please cancel this and close as soon as possible as my request for a loan has been declined ?

Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
