African Bank money disappear from credit card

So African Bank Made R5999 disappeared out of my credit card without a trace of where it went. I rented a car from Hertz for R5999+6000 =R11999 African Bank deducted the funds from my account immediately all good. Today's after that African Bank deducts another R5999 for my account for the same transaction.The first R5999 they deducted has now disappeared without a trace and African bank does not know where it went there is nou trace of the amount. going through my statement one can see that from 18 may to 07 June 2023 I made a deposit of R33000 into my account and I spent about R15000 during that period my credit card fees was about 500. so I should have a balance of round R17000 but my balance is R11000. So if I spend R15000 of R33000 in that period of time where did the exstra R5999 go African Bank does not know and it seems there accounts can not even do basic accounting and see there is an amount of money un account for al they keep saying is what the system shows. The system is wrong do the math on my statement for this period and refund me money please. Had my statement checked by accountant they confirmed that there is a missing amount of R5999 but African cannot accout for it.
