African bank messing with clients as usual

African bank has a tendency of playing with people in need ,I app**** for a loan online sent my documents then got a reminder to send my documents again which I did .when I called to enquire the consultant told me not to worry it was just a scheduled reminder. Shortly I got a text telling me my documents are not clear I should resend. I am looking at these documents and they are clear as daylight .I cannot believe this after being a client for more then 13 years !! But also ...maybe I do believe it cause I have always experienced this kind of service
