African Bank ****** me of R600 in airtime and refuses to refund it when it wasnt received!!!!

I am extremely upset with African Bank. I have previously purchased prepaid water from the app and to date have not received any of the tokens. I do not want them any more as i do not need them. I want it refunded.

Yesterday morning I tried to buy airtime on the app for one of my cellphone numbers. I tried to buy one R200 Vodacom airtime, which glitched and the app could not complete the operation and timed out.

After the app logged me out, i tried to log back in only to find that the app had GLITCHED AND CHARGED ME R600 for airtime in the form of 3 x R200. The airtime was not at all loaded onto the number i had sent it to. The number was correct. I have also contacted my service provide Vodacom to ask them to check if it had loaded and nothing was there.

I want the entire R600 to be cancelled and refunded back to my bank account. It debited R600 when i bought R200 only the app timed out, couldnt complete the transaction and then the money was gone. I cant even click on the app to view the token. NOT THAT I WANT IT.

I want someone to phone me immediately to resolve this, as i do not want that airtime.
