AFRICAN BANK MAKES MY LIFE A LIVING HELL

I had a loan and a credit card with African Bank and failed to pay it on time then both the accounts were defaulted, then handed over to Norman Bisset I paid up all the accounts in May and June respectively, got my paid up letters but to date I am still defaulted.

I should be removed within 21 working days but it hasn't happend. My life is now a living hell as at all times I apply for credit it declines because of something I have paid up.

I have wrote and called numerous times to both parties but I still received no help , I have involved the operations manager at African Bank but he does not respond to my calls nor mails as for their call center they tell me that the account has been sold to their attorneys and I must talk to the attorneys.

As for their attorneys since August they have been working on it. I get no response from them all the time I call them. I am listed, I disputed but still defaulted.

I do not owe them but they say I owe them...
