African bank lured me to opening an account in the name of a declined consolidation loan.

I like this company, however upon my request for a consolidation request, the consultant said that she's opening an account so that if the consolidation loan is approved, funds would be deposited into that account of which is a great value proposition. Now, the problem is when it declines, she did not close the account but rather left it and ordered a card, today I am waiting for a card for an account I don't know what I will use it for because there won't be funds going in there, I did not Plan on taking my own earned funds and depositing into that account specifically that the same bank declined my loan. Never! So now it means this girl sold me the account under indirectly let me use that word because the other one would take this matter to another level. Can someone at superior level contact me to discuss this matter I'm not happy.
