African bank loans

Good day

I am very much disappointed in Africa bank,,am raising my complain today because I app**** for a personal loan of which I was approved for 18 000..Since from wensday 22 February,I have been struggling to sent the Debicheck mandate from Africa bank app to my bank,,I call african bank millions times to help however nobody did not know how to help until they logged an incident with IT regarding the matter…i was calling African bank every hour to get an update,they confirmed to me the IT is in process with my Debicheck issue…It took full 3 days without getting any help ,I went to the branch,still they were failing from their system to send me the mandate .Saturday morning wen I logged in to Africa bank app I found that the offer is gone..

I called customer service of which they told me that my application is not nologer existing because I have rejected it,I was surprised how because am still waiting for IT to solve my Debicheck issue..

The consultant advised me to apply again of which I agreed,however it was declined due to credit scoring..This is ridiculous

So I want african bank to take accountability of this,they must bring back the offer I had..It’s not my fault that their system where not working probably..
