AFRICAN BANK LOANS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

i recently app**** for a loan from African Bank, to help with managing these next few months in relation to CONVID-19 that is currently affecting South Africa and the whole world as well. i did an application on monday, and i qualified . i then submitted my documents as requested. then on monday i got a call from African Bank, saying they needed a letter from my employer confirming a few facts. the following day, i did get this letter and emailed African bank. that same tuesday, i got a call informing that they recived my email with the letter, and that i was approved, and the funds would be transfered within the next 24 hours. they also said if they needed any info, they would call me. well today, thursday, after no hearing from the dishonest AFRICAN BANK, i called in and asked what was going on, what was the satus of my application, whats taking so long. i was told they dont know, then i was told African Bank had called me 2 times already, and my phone was on voice mail. THIS IS TOTALLY UNTRUE, as i can prove that i dont have any missed calls on my phone. AFRICAN BANK doesn not do their job propperly, then they lie to their clients. the funds requested was in part to help alliviate from the CONVID-19, and AFRICAN BANK did not even care . they **** to me, they never called me back. i sent MR Mbali and email with my complaint, and he did not even bother to email me back. thats the attidude of African Bank. ***** THE CUSTOMER. tomorow is a holiday, and then monday is a holiday again, meaning the earliest ****iblity of the funds being transfered is next week by thursday.................?>? REALLY? THIS IS A REAL CRISIS....AND THIS IS THE BEST AFRICAN BANK CAN DO??????? WELL....AFRICAN BANK CAN KEEP THEIR BAD SERVICE.......KEEEP THOER LOANS.... SOUTH AFRICA DOES NOT NEED..NOR DO WE DESERVE SUCH SERVICE............... AFRICAN BANK HAS FAILED IN DOING THEIR JOB..... I APPEAL TO ANY PERSON THINKING OF TAKING ON ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS TO BETTER GO TO ANOTHER BANK...JUST LIKE I DID. IWAS HELPED MUCH QUICKER..MORE PROFECIONAL...AND BY A TRUSTWORTHY BANK............ I WILL NEVER EVER WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH AFRICAN BANK.......
