AFRICAN Bank loan.... That you never really get into your account but have to pay back

I'm very upset and disgusted african bank has no customer service at all I app**** for a loan it got approved and I even accepted a debit check on my account for them to start debiting... I got an email that money will available in my account the next day this happened week before last till today there's no money in my account they said there's some statements missing I sent them all the statements that they required from me now they telling me my statements need a my ID to open I told them to use my ID now they telling me more stories... What upsets me is that they quick to do debit checks but you have to fight to get the money in your account... I was Hospitalized and couldn't go to the branch coz I broke my ankle now I'm back home they still want to stress me with stupid things I'm very upset and disgusted they have not sympathy at all

am still unhappy they called me, I decided to cancel the application then reapp**** the next day fine. sent my march and latest payslip mind you in the last application they only wanted the latest payslip and three months bank statement which was I had sent... Now I send them two payslips March and April which makes April the latest payslip plus 3 bank statements as per their request mind you I had to pay a fee to get those statements from the bank since I couldn't get them from the ATM since I was in hospital... Now that I have given them everything they now telling me they need February payslip like seriously? When does it stop you guys need to stop that online loan application nonesense coz your customer service is just mediocre tell people to go straight to the branch coz you guys are failing to assist customers online this is *******
