AFRICAN BANK LOAN **** AND **** INVESTIGATION
African Bank promised to resolve the case of R48 000 ****** by inside staff and yes they still allege that my brother in law received the funds he app**** for as their forensic investigator concluded. This conclusion was reached without even proving to the complainant how they got to the conclusion. He was never issued with the card on applivation and approval of tbe loan as per the new african bank loan system. The funds were diposited ans withdrawn before he could be issued with the card. No one has proved to the complainant what branch he withdrew the money. No camera footage validating that the complainant indeed got the funds.
DO NOT TAKE A LOAN WITH AFRUCAN BANK THEY COVER FOR INTERNAL STAFF WHO ***** THE SOCIETY AND PROMISE TO INVESTIGATE ANS WITH NO PROOF THEY CONCLUDE TO THE BANKS FAVOR. I AM WARNING POOR CITEZENS.

20 Sept 2023, 14:34It is the very outcome i am talking about on my above complain. The outcome that was communicated to the complainant is not favorable as the investigator alleges the complainant must pay without proving how he got to the outcome.
The outcome given to the complainant is favoring the Bank and not the complainant.
He can't pay because the investigator says so without presenting evidence as to how he got to that conclusion.
We need proof of the outcome. This is becoming so foollish. You act like you are not getting me and you do,
The investigator has non favorable outcome to the complainant and the investigator cannot prove how he got to that outcome, that the complainant received the funds he didn't receive?
Or should we just take the investigators outcome without questioning it?
I WILL ASK AGAIN; "HOW DID THE INVESTIGATOR GET TO THE OUTCOME THAT THE COMPLAINANT RECEIVED HIS LOAN MONEY FROM AFRICAN BANK?"
WHERE IS THE EVEIDENCE?
Is this how Banks's justice work. Bury the society in debt and let us African Bank win the case.
