"AFRICAN BANK" LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME IN 3RD WORLD SA

I made a deposit with immediate clearance today into my African Bank account and when I checked if it was there, I saw the deposit but two debits that have gone off for "powerball" which I did not buy or play. So I go to the bank and they lodge a query after they took my phone and have determined that it was not bought by me. So I said they need to reverse the transactions but all they could do is lodge a query........ Then driving on my way back home I get a call from African Bank ***** dept who tells me I must go and do affidavits etc. at the police station ........... I told them in no uncertain terms to stop wasting my time and reverse the ****** money and that I will not spend my time, money and effort with **** like this. They really live up to their name "african bank" and that was enough for me to TRANSFER MY BALANCE TO ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT and will never do business with them again
