African Bank Listing Prescribed Debt on ITC

Hello again, on the 6th of November 2020 I wrote a review about African Bank that is listing prescribed debt of 2006 and 2008 on Transunion against my name, it is 2020 and it's still not removed. On the comment that came back it said that African Bank rep**** privately..... today is the 23 November 2020 and i have NOT RECEIVIED 1 REPLY from African Bank. Like I said, me and my attorneys are now ready to take this matter to court, which we are definitely going to do now, since African Bank have NOT REP****, NOR DID THEY REMOVE AND CLEAR those 2 accounts from Transunion. My attorneys have tried endlessly to get in touch with African Bank and their so called attorneys NRB RISK SOLUTIONS, but they know that they are wrong and breaking the LAW, they have bigger problems now, like I said, me and my attorneys are now going to court. We have all our facts and paper work and every single email. So I'm going to ask them nicely and for the last time AGAIN, to remove and clear those prescibed accounts on ITC. I will sue for defermation of character as well for ALL legal cost. I will also lay a complaint now at the western cape law society against their attorneys NRB RISK SOLUTIONS for accepting and collecting on those two prescribed debt accounts, which I have paid in full. Those two account numbers for GC Liebenberg is *** and *** and must be cleared from Transunion within 24 hours.
