African Bank ***** and not Lenders

I was recommended to apply for a loan Online with African Bank and was Preapproved. They phoned me to advise me to finalize the loan at one of there Branches. I visited the Brakpan Voortrekker Branch. Was approved for the laon and congratulated by the African Bank Consultant. Recieved notifications, contract etc. I Asked the African Banking Consultant how long the funds would take to reflect into my Banking account and he told me up to 48hours. I said thank you. I left African Bank all excited and was looking forward to the loan i was promised. I had spent my last personal money and started making plans with my soon to recieve loan from African Bank. Next Day came and to my suprise i was shocked to receive an sms saying the following from African Bank. """Hello from African Bank. We are sorry, but your loan application has been unsuccessful. Risk assessment criteria not met Auth"""" My stomach was in such a knot and i was actually nauseous with stress. I phoned Afriacn Bank to find out what was going on and the Consultant that approved my loan said yes the sms you got is correct and theres nothing they can do as this information comes from higher Authority. I am still waiting for an answer as to why i was **** to and why African Bank gives false hope and misleads there Clients. I know of another person that had the exact same experience with African Bank. Shame on you African Bank for lying and misleading your Clients.
