African bank lake side mall gauteng

On the 18th of December i asked a loan of 4000.00 at African bank lake side Mall Benoni Gauteng. I was personally assistd by a lady called herself Nomsa Ndlovu. I submitted all the re****ent needed. On that very day i reiceved a msg that they have deposited 4000 on my account. On the 19th i reiceved a call from a guy who said he is calling me on African Bank's behalf. He said my name and my Id no as well as my account no. That i was deposited a sum of 4000 yesterday (18th dec).They want to create a credit card for me. During a call he said i have to press *35*1111#. I got a msg which read (succesfull) . When i went to with draw my money on the 20th there was no money on my account. I went to Old Mutual bank for a bank statement, i found out that my 4000.00 was trasfered to a certain account which i dont know. I went to african bank lake side benoni mall gauteng. They said i have to bring an affidavit from police . When i brought my complaint i found a manager by the name Ntombi. She said bring an affidavit tommorow. When i went there following day on the 21dec 2019 on saturday . She was no wher to be found. I was attended by Nomsa again and she said she can not do anything am responsible fro what happened. I was wondering because she seems to be stubborn and she didnt want me to express every story to her. She said" i have to pay the loan no matter what". She also said they dont have time to trace the account s holder. It is very unfair this banks they give you money they take it back an expect you to pay also. SO PEOPLE BE WARNED this So called African bank is a Scarm.
