AFRICAN BANK KILLS,DESTROYS AND ANNOYES

I took out a loan with African Bank. I paid well and change jobs and also changed banking details. I kept engaging them as I could see they were not debiting. I even went to the branch to update my details but nothing happened. I then engaged hellopeter when all had failed,and only then did African bank decide to update my details and debit my account monthly. Right now I just phoned the to ask how much I owe or is still outstanding as I want to take a credit card with them,which I had previously but now wanted a platinum one. I was told by African bank than my account is no longer with them but rather with their debt collector. I was furious as no one chased me to pay African bank I was rather chasing them. no they threw we out like an old sock for what, for loyalty and wanting to honour our arrangement. African bank doesn't respect its customers/clients. I am angry and advise that most people should stay away from this bank. you change banking details and you are ruined with African bank, sis man.
