African Bank keeps on debiting even when paid up
i am starting to regret why i open an account at African Bank February 2023 the account was paid but they still debiting my account every month. when i phone and go to store in Eastgate Mall they couldn't access my profile through fingerprints by the consultant there she logged a call with IT Department still no response nothing. it's been weeks now. Can I get my refund and paid-up letter please?

13 Apr 2023, 11:44HI the problem is still not solved you can't expect me to go home affairs and apply for new smart id card when I don't have one, please close my account give me refund you were paid in full paid-up letter must be issued on my money please. My application to your bank was done manually it was not done electronic. i am sure you can verify me manually as well.
