African bank keeps calling me for arrears that don't exist on my loan account

African bank keeps on calling me every minute telling me I'm in arrears on my loan account which I don't know where this is coming from. I reported this issue on hellopeter earlier on and African bank social media department resolved this issue and the case was closed. When I request consultants to consult their social media department they apparently hang-up the call. Last consultant who called me this morning his name is Darrick Siweya - he also hung up the call. This sounds like a **** from African bank. I going to make noise on social platforms about this because they gave me that energy to do so.
