african bank keeping south africans in a cycle of poverty

i am quite aware that i have taken credit from african bank i have been trying to pay it off we make arrangements and they don't keep to the agreement . there are months where they deducted more then what was agreed . all i want is to finish with this company and to new deal with them now am receiving calls from some company that says that they are calling on behalf of african bank nit sure what to do anymore
