African bank just loading debits without approval

I have 2 loan accounts and a credit card from African bank, from late last year I have some financial difficulties and I was struggling to make full payments on my accounts. i contacted the bank and made arrangements where both parties agreed.<br> <br> On the 28th of January I spoke to a consultant by the name Leroy Forie who we had a long discussing and we set up an arrangement on 1 account and the other account will go back to paying normal.<br> <br> On Monday the 15th of Feb, I received 2 smses starting that there additional amounts of over R1200 which have been loaded to be debited on on account, when I phoned the call centre i was told they can do that and I must make other arrangements after making new arrangements in less that 4 weeks ago.
