African Bank just don't know what they are doing!!!

My normal debit orders goes off on the last day of the month. No, not for African Bank, they do what why want. Today is the THIRD debit order for this month to go off my bank! It does not help phoning them because nobody working there can get it right! I am really so frustrated!!
