African bank is waisting my time I need this loan just a landline number that's keeping me from getting this loan....but all my paper work is right

I'm so angry at African bank for not assisting me properly...after all the documents I have send and the confirmation letter they asked....they called and told me the loan is approved when it come to asking for the work number I gave it and its a cell number they don't want that they want a landline....the company doesn't have a landline....why didn't they tell me all this when they told me to get a confirmation letter because this cell number is what I gave in the beginning.... And as I know you must prove to pay the loan and that is what I proved with my payslip and bank statements....but know I must get a letter that state she the company doesn't have a landline its a family trust company....and my boss told me its the last that he helps with loans applications because the bank suppose to call and ask information from them.....what I don't like is when you apply for the loan they don't tell you about all this and a person is so in need of the loan and a person have to go through all this.... African bank do you want to assist me with the loan or not is rge landline the one that is actually going to deposit me the loan money and is this landline the one that I have to pay the money back....?is this landline so important the company doesn't have one that's it I gave the number of the admin manager why can't they call her and ask her for all that they need....just tell me if you want to help me or not that's it and stop with all this kinda different paper work that you need from me....
