African Bank is useless!!
The African Bank systems is a mess from the stone ages! No one can help you if the bank cannot authenticate you via pop up message, and they tell you that it does not work with iphone or dual sim phones, then you have to go into a branch!! Its absolutely rudicilous!!! No institution works like this!!

22 Dec 2023, 15:48Just a tip for African Bank, if you cannot do Digital properly rather dont do it. Half baked digital transformation will do your credebility more damage than no digital transformation.
