African bank is unprofessional, not reliable, I have a matter that was suppose to be resolved in 7 days from the 18th October still today there is no feedback from them

African bank is unprofessional, not reliable, I have a matter that was suppose to be resolved in 7 days from the 18th October still today there is no feedback from them. When I call they hang up the phones and never call back. They don't even understand their contracts, they contradict the agreement on contracts.
