African bank is unfair

My name is Linda Tyesi I have a loan with African Bank i lost my job at the security company i worked for so the retrenchment letter i took to the bank the consultant told me they don't work with security letters, but i was without a job as soon as i got a new job i started paying them but they without consulting me made my name bad and now i have been paying them since 2006 until today 2018 what is unfair they gave me over to their lawyers the lawyers put me under debt counselling now when I want to settle them getting a loan from another bank is very difficult to do things or getting money to do a settlement or getting a clothing account or buying a house ,they are bullies and all this situation is a lack of communication from their side now i must suffer please assist HELLOPETER please help me to get out of this situation for so long i payed African Bank is there a solution to this please help
