African bank is the worst bank ever!

African Bank Auth. FSP Reg NCRCP7638 I app**** for an african bank loan a month ago and for the past month they keep sending me the above message daily...i have sent them a mail with my doccuments 10 times.if you not getting my doccs then call me,stop pestering me instead of giving me the help i inquired about...this is efen nonsense!
