African bank is the worst bank!!!!!
The worst bank to ever deal, please can someone help me. Hello petter please help. This bank is the most *********** bank I ever dealt with! Firstly I have a complaint that was made in November 2023 and up till today it's not sorted, sanlam debited my account, the money left my African bank account however sanlam did not recieve it, the people that are handling my complaint are apparently on leave since the first of January?? Who goes on leave for a month is there no manager that can assist?? While the person is on leave. Everytime u call in u speak to a new agent and u must explain the whole situation again they don't call you back they don't resolve anything!!! Second complaint I'm waiting for a payment from payoneer which was paid yesterday and yet still no funds in my account! And when I called in they asked me to accept the pop up message and I'm not getting it they tell me there is nothing they can do I must go into the branch so much problems you guys are a nightmare! As soon as all this is resolved I'm switching banks immediately!!!!! And going to get my lawyers involved if this is not sorted!!!!
