AFRICAN BANK IS THE WORST

I was under debt review and in May 24 we contacted Arican bank regarding 1 outstanding account and was given a settlement amount to which I paid in full. I received all paid letters and thus was cleared off ITC> Now this stupid African Bank is contacting me daily to inform that I still owe money.....HOW THE HELL can I still owe money when I received paid up letters as per amount THEY gave me. Im so tired of being harassed daily and to explain myself to different people daily!!!! African Bank do what you get paid for.....AND DO YOUR WORK!!!
