African bank is the worst

African bank is the worst company ever. I app**** for a loan since 06 August 2022. Submitted my docs an got an offer which was less than the original offer. Clearly that shows that it's what I can afford to pay back, cool I accepted the offer and submitted everything required even approved the debicheck from my bank. Today the 18 of August my loan got rejected. 12 days of consistent calling and submitting documents. How do you make people go through all those steps to come back and reject the loan. Who ever runs Capitec credit need to just go back to school. Other banks will let you know from the get go that you do not qualify without wasting your time and making you go through all these steps.

I'm annoyed. African bank just ruined my day.

Yoh hai African bank. I have no words. First I got rejected becoz you said employer refused to confirm . I complained, you said you will confirm with employer, giving me hope.After confirmation you say my loan application has expired I should apply again. I app**** again going through all the steps until this morning. Now I got rejected again n this time you say I don't meet the criteria so it is no longer that the employer did nt confirm . It is now 3 different reasons. Loan department is poor. Very poor services. A very tiring process . I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply for a loan at African bank . It's just a waste of your time and energy
