African Bank is the pitts

African Bank has inconvenienced me so badly, O settled my loan almost a week ago but even today they can issue me a paid up letter, I have been sent from pillar to post and told that nothing can be done to assist me efficiently.

When I made the payment, ai was told it would reflect within 24 hours, it has been 5 days and my account has still not been closed.

I would not recommend African Bank to anyone based on their poor service, inadequate customer experience as well as lack of efficiency.
