African Bank is the most useless bank in South Africa. I curse the day I opened a bank account with this bank oh God.

I curse the day I opened a bank account with this bank frankly speaking. They keep on blocking my bank account with my money always when I receive money into my bank account, they block it. They don't call you first & even if you do follow up the consultant team, they will tell you we'll escalate the issue to their ***** department they will call you back, but you won't receive any call. Always when they block your account, they'll tell you lies that they receive an instruction from an external bank to put a hold on your account when you ask which that external bank, they will tell that they don't know. What's that now I keep fighting with my clients because of this useless bank mxm.
