African bank is terrorizing me

Last month I complained about african bank trying to debit R75 from my account, the same thing happened yesterday I don't know what they doing but I am getting ****ed and annoyed, I settled my account earlier even the statement doesn't show any remaining balance on my loan, but they keep trying to debit ma account
