African Bank is simply appalling
My debit order with African Bank is the 27th of each month. But this month you deducted on the 18th and I didn't have funds on my account.
Due to insufficient funds in my account all three debit order by African Bank were return unpaid and my bank charged me R469.45.
Because of the charged was paused into my account I had R309.09 left on my account instead of R778.
On the 28th I had debit of R654 which was later return unpaid because of insufficient funds in my account which were caused by the charge.

The charge constitute of three unpaid debit orders, from my calculation each unpaid debit is R156.50, so I'm anticipating another charge of R156.5 on the 27th of next month because of the unpaid debit order that was return on the 28th.
The charges will constitute to R625.95, including the current charge of R469.45 and the charge is going to be paused for the unpaid debit order of the 28th, but that will be charged on 27th next month, as my cheque account get administered on the 27th of each month.

what i was advised was i need to get a proof that stipulate the charge was caused by African Bank, and they told me that Bank Statement is not sufficient.
what do i do now?
