African Bank is ruining peoples reputation

i have sent African Bank a million emails asking them to debiting from the old account number as i no longer use it, i pay them every month and they still have the nerve to try and get money from an account i no longer use, i cant even close the account now because of them im in ****en errors and first need to pay that before i can close the account, African Bank is trying to debit and still letting me ****en pay them.. because of this my credit score is affected and now it shows i have missed payments so my score is affected this is bull**** sort out your ****en mess cause i pay every single month..
