African bank is pathetic

So I complained about my credit card application which I send my docs to about 3 African bank emails which African bank gave me and they even emailed me they will get back to me and send me sms to which I rep**** and guess what? My credit card application has expired! Absolutely nothing has been done about my application! It's by far the worse unprofessional and unskilled bank and employees you will ever come across! Pls the person that replies to this hellopeter complaints don't bother cause you also do nothing about the situations! Absolutely useless
