African bank is not useful, they must close down that ****a shop

The level of incompetence from African bank is also amazing. I have submitted a claim to their insurance last month around the 20th. Instead of them processing the claim every consultant always ask me to submit the paperwork. I have submitted this more than 3 times. It is so frustrating dealing with small banks really.
