African bank is not the peoples bank

About three days ago I app**** for a loan and it was immediately approved. The same day the debi check came through. I get it takes twenty four hours but nothing yet. I have been calling and calling and none has come back to me. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the company in general. I tried to chat on Facebook but alas none had came back to me. When they do reply to me, they ask for my ID number but never came back. I lost alot of airtime just to be put on hold.
