African Bank is not honest

I have a credit card with African Bank. Due to the pandemic I have make arrangements to pay a lesser amount. For the past 3 months I have asked them for a settlement amount. They keep informing me that they can't give me a settlement amount because I have not pay the normal monthly amount. All they can give me is a 20percent discount. I have informed the lady who phoned me that according to the credit law, I am in my rights to ask for a settlement amount. I want to settle this account but African Bank is giving me lots of lies. Any advise please
