African bank is not a good ..

African bank deducted money from my account wothout me agreeing. How does a bank deduct without customers concern?? I'm really disappointed with African bank and would not recommend it to anyone to do business with African Bank. When you call for assistance they manipulative staff always blame customer for their wrong doing.
