African bank is NO GOOD. incompetence at the highest-ranking..ahane in you. level

This is the worst most inconvenient financial institut every. On the 27 of october i went into ansa to update my fica.only to be told that sorry your absa card os block due to ***** that afican bank placed me under. They said that I handed in *****ulent documents to obtain a loan in 2022. I did not even know afican bank exited!! Since then i have been struggling to get information out of them. I have sent them everything they requeated ro prove that is was not me. I sat over 3 hours at home afairs fpr ID verification. I sent through afidavids, signatures on different pages. Its now thw 2nd month that my salary could not be paid into my account because of this. Irs the second month I am in serous financial stress due to thier incompetence. When I eventually did get hold of them they said that it could tale up to 30 working days to sort out and prove im innocent!!!!!!!!! I am a single month of 2 daughter!! I dont gwt any other financial support from anyone, I do it on my own and rhey just think its okay to block a bank account with no knowledge of letting me know?????? I have never had a bank account at afeican bank , I have never done any application for a loan amd they trying to hold me responsible for something I know nothing about. African bank is a disgrace. U really dont evwn deserve that single start. African bank, who is going to pay my children's school fees? Put food on the table? Fuel to get them to school? Pay rent..and its alsmost christmass and use just dont give a flying hoot. I would like an answer how is going to pay for this financial stress you are putting g me through ?????????? When I went to the bank at becon Bay. The lady that was sitting there also disnt do much....if its to much effort to be there then you should go home ans let someone who wants the job to qork there. NO ASSISTANCE.
