African bank is holding my hard earned money and suspending my acc for no clear reason

African bank holding my hard earned money and never told me why!! I called the bank a million times and been to the branch many times but no clear answer why my account is on hold or why they’re holding my money or what they need from me , I never receive money from strangers into my African bank account, they simply doesn’t care about customers and taking so much time to resolve the simplest task
